For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of equity interest.
  • Country refers to: India
  • Device means any computer, mobile device, or tablet accessing the Service.
  • Service refers to the Website and SICORG AI-Native Pharmaceutical ERP Platform.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • Website refers to SICORG, accessible from https://www.sicorg.com

2. Acknowledgment & Enterprise Scope

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your corporate entity and are over 18 years of age. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA) where applicable.

3. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SICORG LLP. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

4. Termination & Access Control

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, unauthorized platform access attempt, or failure to comply with licensing agreements.

5. Service Restrictions & Data Integrity

You may only use the Services for lawful enterprise business operations. You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform.
  • Attempt to circumvent 21 CFR Part 11 audit trails, electronic signature controls, or role-based security permissions.
  • Introduce harmful code, malware, or automate scraped queries.
  • Violate applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, Information Technology Act 2000, or CDSCO Schedule M rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SICORG LLP or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of production yield, batch delay costs, or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Disclaimer & Mandatory AI Platform Notice

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

Mandatory AI & Quality Platform Disclaimer: SICORG AI and associated ERP tools serve strictly as an executive decision-support system and digital record manager. All automated outputs, yield forecasts, and batch release flags require mandatory review and sign-off by designated Qualified Persons (QP), Quality Assurance (QA) managers, and licensed plant personnel in accordance with GMP and CDSCO guidelines.

8. Regulatory Compliance Framework

SICORG LLP designs and maintains the platform in alignment with global and Indian regulatory frameworks:

  • CDSCO Schedule M & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • US FDA 21 CFR Part 11 & EU Annex 11 (Electronic Records & Signatures)
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act)
  • Information Technology Act 2000 & IT Intermediary Rules 2021

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material updates will be published on the Website with an updated effective date.
